AutoDispatch Connection — common questions

How do I connect the extension?
In AutoDispatch, go to Settings → Connection and generate an API key. Copy it, open the extension's settings, and paste it in. You only need to do this once.
Where does the "Import to AutoDispatch" button appear?
It appears on Central Dispatch loads you have accepted. Open one of your accepted loads and the button will show on that page.
Where do imported loads go?
An imported load is added to your AutoDispatch account just like a load created with the PDF importer — ready to manage and dispatch.
How do I disconnect or revoke access?
Go to Settings → Connection in AutoDispatch and revoke your API key. You can also remove the extension from your browser, which deletes the stored key.
The button isn't reading all the load details correctly.
Email us at support@autodispatch.net with the load you were importing and we'll help — we continually improve how the extension reads load pages.
